How to install the forklift lithium batteries properly?
Lithium iron phosphate batteries are now more popular in various factories, do you know what the factory workers need to pay attention to when installing the battery pack?
Forklift Lithium Battery Installation Instructions
installation requirements
1. Installers need to hold a certificate to work, wear labor protection supplies, and pay attention to safety protection;
2. Before installing the battery system, the low voltage must be powered off;
2. Pay attention to the protection of the output interface of the battery system to prevent personal contact;
3. Use mechanical hoisting and slow operation to prevent damage to the box and external cables;
4. When connecting the battery system, avoid reverse connection of positive and negative poles;
5. When encountering rainy and snowy weather, pay attention to protect the electrical plug-in and prevent water from entering.
(1) The connection of all wires must be firm, and the exposed copper wires are prohibited from touching each other (including cross-touching), which will easily damage the controller and cause the protection of the battery protection board, and the light will not turn on. Do not short-circuit between wires during installation.
(2) The waiting time for lighting up during the wiring process will vary according to the time set by the controller. The capacity of the factory carp battery pack is generally half-power, and the lighting will be darker during the first installation, which is within the normal range. Lights up normally after 2-3 days of normal charging.
(3) Â Potassium battery packs are generally installed during the day and should not be installed at night
(4) In terms of the use of batteries, it includes the protection of aluminum-plastic composite film, top edge sealing (edge sealing of pole handle end), side sealing edge, and pole handle, and measures to avoid mechanical impact and short circuit.
(5 Reliable positioning of the battery cell. After the potassium battery cell is assembled, it should be fastened firmly in the shell and will not move, so that the entire carp battery structure is in a dry and consolidated state
